1.The battery comes with a six-month warranty, calculated from the date of purchase. For batteries that meet the warranty conditions, replace free of charge. We do not guarantee the warranty for electric cables or battery bulging caused by human error in use.

2.The battery should use a charger of the corresponding model. Using the wrong charger will result in battery damage and will not be covered by warranty.

3.Before using the vehicle, parking brake should be released in advance. Driving with the brake on will damage the motor controller. The damage to the controller caused by not releasing the parking brake is due to human factors and is not covered by the warranty.

4、If the vehicle cannot be used due to obstacles, please contact the store for repair in a timely manner.  If towing is required,

the vehicle must be powered off. Otherwise, the motor controller will be damaged

5.Motor oil needs to be replaced every six months
